Finished work cannot be handed over until your invoice has been paid in full. When requesting a payment plan please note this can affect your finish date.

Client agrees to not issue chargebacks and to politely settle refunds with Lucius privately. We can always come to an understanding!

Credit must always be given to "Lucius" or "LuciusOfEden" on your:

• Social Media posts
• Live streams
• Media/Videos
• Credit Panels (Example: Twitch Panels, Twitter Bio if using as main model)

You may hear my clients refer to me as "Grandpa" or "じじ" and I ask that you do too! This is to not take away from the "Mama/Papa" who made your main model. When referring to me, my pronouns are He/Him. Even if I haven't made you a model yet or you use my work as your main model, you can call me Grandpa anyway if you like!

Client may use the finished model for personal use (posting to social medias with credit)

Client may use the finished model for streaming use (streaming to websites like Twitch/YouTube/TikTok with credit to LuciusOfEden in channel bio)

Resale of model is not permitted
Client may not redistribute or edit the file with anyone

Client may produce multimedia content with finished model
Client may post WIP images of model to social medias (with credit)

Client may port model to VRChat/Valheim/Raft/MMD

Client will not produce sexual content (16+/18+) with model
Sexual content offenses will incur an immediate termination of commission and fines for repeat offenses

Commissions from Lucius no matter the media do NOT come with commercial rights.

You will not use my work in:

• Merch production (Energy drinks, T-shirts, mugs, printing)
• Company collaboration
• Promotional Videos (Advertising products for you or another)
• Anything aimed at a NSFW audience

You may use my work in:

• Streaming
• Long and short form video production
• Social media posts
• Charity collaborations
• VRChat events

Client may change character/outfit reference entirely if Lucius has not yet sent a WIP image

Client may only request small changes of colours of character/outfit after WIP image is received

Client may request changes of colours of character/outfit even after commission is finished

If your model requires any revisions at Lucius' own fault (design inaccuracies, technical file problems) after final delivery, Lucius will provide revisions for free, uploaded to Google Drive for 7 days of storage.

Please allow for your commission to run over the estimated time if you ask for multiple revisions or take longer than a week to respond to my updates.

In the event that the client is uncooperative or rude towards Lucius during the commission duration, the commission will be terminated and refunded. In addition, the Client will be blacklisted from Lucius’ future services.

Please control and remove rude comments towards my models from yourself or your chat. (Yes, this happens) My models can be cute and silly, but I put time and effort into my work to deliver a specific art style. They are not "scuffed", so please do not refer to them as such!

Lucius retains the right to refuse future commissions from returning clients.

⚠ Failure to honour contract will result in a blacklisting from Lucius' future services.

Refunds are not available on works in progress or completed work.

Refunds are available if Lucius is unable to complete the commission by his own admission.

Refunds are available if the Client wishes to cancel before receiving their first Work In Progress (WIP) image.

This section applies to Rush Orders, and rush order fee will not be refunded.

**In the event of Client ceasing VTuber activities and handing the model over to a new owner, you may include the Gremlin model in the package but you may not charge them for it. The new owner may request a VRChat upload from Lucius for free if the previous client paid for one. 

***In the event that the client breaches contract after commission duration has passed by misusing the model (example: use in sexual content) Lucius will request the client to cease all further content production with the model. Client will be blacklisted from Lucius’ future services. No refund is given in this case, and failure to comply with termination of model usage will incur a fee of 200 USD of each repeated use beyond termination date.
